How Floreboard works

How florists use Floreboard: enter stock, describe the order, generate a costed design, have it reviewed automatically, share it with the client and make it from a production sheet that deducts inventory.

Key facts

  • Designs use only the flowers in your inventory.
  • Every design is checked for style, taboos, vase life, season, pet safety and holiday prices.
  • Free to start: 30 credits on sign-up, 1 credit per design.

From order to finished piece in six steps

  1. Enter your stock — Record what you have: flower, quantity, unit cost and retail price. Every design then uses only flowers you actually hold.
  2. Describe the order — Pick the occasion, recipient, style, palette, format (bouquet, vase, box or basket) and budget — or upload a reference photo and design from that. Pro mode lets you choose a style school and technique.
  3. Generate the design — The AI returns a recipe (stems of each flower), cost and margin, steps and copy for 1 credit. For the client, add a preview image (5 credits) in one of six visual styles with six optional creative effects.
  4. Automatic review — Each design is checked against style rules, cultural taboos, vase life, season, pet safety and holiday pricing. Serious issues are corrected automatically; the rest are listed as suggestions. Reviews cost no credits.
  5. Send it to the client — Create a share link and send it by message. The client needs no account to see the image, flowers and copy, and can approve or ask for changes. Cost and profit never appear on the shared page.
  6. Make it from the production sheet — The sheet lists container, mechanics, stem lengths and assembly order, and checks stock, budget and balance first. Confirming it deducts the stems from inventory.

What else it does

Client profiles

Keep each regular's pets, sensitivities, flowers to avoid, favourites and colours. They are applied to every later design, and preferences are learned from designs rated four or five stars.

Price insights

Alerts ahead of holidays for the stock that will be affected and, once you enter costs, how your purchase prices and the platform's (at least three shops, aggregated) have moved. Only ratios are compared — no shop's actual prices are shared.

Cost and margin

Every design shows price, material cost, profit and margin, with a warning when margin drops below 35% or cost exceeds the budget.

Six languages

English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, French and Spanish. Cultural taboo checks follow the interface language.

Every device

Data lives in the cloud, so phone, tablet and desktop show the same inventory and designs; it can be added to an iPhone or iPad home screen and run full-screen.

What the review checks

The rules are deterministic, not AI guesses, and they are published in full: Flower arrangement checklist before delivery · Floral design styles compared · Pet-safe flowers for cats and dogs · Holiday flower price calendar

FAQ

Does Floreboard invent flowers I do not have?

It designs from your inventory. If the AI ever suggests a flower you do not hold, the production sheet marks it as "not in inventory" so you can confirm you can source it.

Can clients see my costs?

No. The shared page shows only the image, flowers and quantities, the copy and your shop name — and the price if you choose to show it. Shared pages are not indexed by search engines, and a link can be revoked at any time.

Which design styles does it know?

Ikenobo, Ohara and Sogetsu from Japan; Chinese literati and Zen styles; Biedermeier and English garden from Europe; and a free "fusion" mode.

How much does it cost?

Sign-up is free with 30 credits. A design costs 1 credit and a preview image 5; credit packs start at $4.99.
