## FAQ

### Is Floreboard free?

New shops get 30 credits. At default 1K, the flow creates a plan and one image for 6 credits when both succeed, so that covers 5 complete designs.

### How much does one design cost?

The plan request costs 1 credit. The default 1K image costs 5 credits; 2K costs 8 and 4K costs 12. A successful plan plus first image costs 6 / 9 / 13 credits respectively. Rerenders use the selected image rate.

### Do credits expire?

No. Credits from packs and subscriptions stay on your shop account.

### Can I get a refund?
